| The Art Booths allow local artists to share some
of their most unique handmade products. Artists rent a 10x10-foot
space where they can display and sell artwork to people who
visit the festival.

We are expecting another great turnout in 2007. If you
are interested in renting a booth in the artisans’ area,
please contact either Sue Minear by e-mail suez0321@yahoo.com or

Our booth spaces are very limited. Booth guidelines are below. Download

- All artist products must be handmade by the artist and
must be in good taste.
- It is acceptable to have helpers in the booth, but the
artist must be present the day of the show.
- A 10x10 booth/space is provided for each artist. You
are responsible for bringing your own tents, tables, and
chairs (please note, no electricity will be available)
- Set up begins at 8:30 AM, please be ready for business
by 12:00 PM
- Vehicles are not permitted on park grounds. We encourage
artists to leave close-in parking open for festival guests.
- If it rains on Saturday May 5th, we will reschedule for
Sunday May 6th.
- Each year we hold a silent auction and ask each artist
to donate a piece of art valued at a minimum of $30.00 retail
for this purpose. The proceeds from the silent auction
are split between the Violet Crown Community Works and the
Brentwood Beautification Project.
- Please properly dispose of trash from your space - feel
free to use trash/recycling receptacles on the grounds for
reasonable amounts of refuse.
- We request that you remain "open" during festival
hours. If you must leave early, please make arrangements
with us in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: If you find that you are unable to
fulfill your obligation, please do us the courtesy of canceling
by April 20, 2007 to receive a full refund. Cancellations
after April 20th will be refunded based on the discretion
of the Violet Crown Community Works. If you do not show up
by 10:30 AM the day of the show, you run the risk of losing
your space to a vendor on the waiting list and you will not
receive a refund.
